In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ubud4d" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ubud4d online gaming platform, operated under an international offshore gaming license and accessible at https://ubud4d.cam.
• "Platform" — the ubud4d website, including all games, services, content, tools, and features available at https://ubud4d.cam.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ubud4d Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user account created on the ubud4d Platform, linked to a unique email address and verified identity.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's ubud4d Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Games" — all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, live casino, sports betting (including bandar bola, or football betting), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) streams.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

Access to and use of the ubud4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement enforced through KYC verification. Misrepresentation of age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of another person or as an agent of any business or organization.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and specifically prohibited by applicable statute.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from ubud4d or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ubud4d or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting for your own entertainment and are not participating in any form of syndicate, professional gambling operation, or arbitrage scheme.

To access real-money gaming features on ubud4d, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one (1) Account on the ubud4d Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and curr ent information during registration and must keep your Account details up to date at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ubud4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Single Currency: All Account balances are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ubud4d does not support multi-currency accounts.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any interest in it to any third party.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ubud4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, provided the Account balance permits it.

ubud4d is committed to operating a responsible and compliant gaming platform. As part of this commitment, we require all registered users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal functionality is activated.

• Required Documents: KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Verification Timeline: ubud4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.
• Withholding Withdrawals: ubud4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. This is a player protection measure and is applied uniformly.
• Ongoing Due Diligence: ubud4d may request updated documentation at any time as part of its ongoing due diligence obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Data Handling: All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

ubud4d supports a wide range of local Indonesian payment methods to make funding your Account as convenient as possible.

• Accepted Methods: Deposits may be made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific payment method.
• Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Deposit Fees: ubud4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ubud4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or using payment methods registered to third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes of payment, contact our 24/7 support team with your payment proof (screenshot or transaction reference number) for immediate investigation.

ubud4d is committed to fast, reliable, and transparent withdrawal processing for all verified players.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. During peak periods or following significant wins, additional verification may be required, which can extend processing time.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. ubud4d supports withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Withdrawal Fees: Standard withdrawals carry no platform-side fee. Your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply inbound transfer fees at their discretion.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal processing requires completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds regardless of balance.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus funds attached to your Balance must satisfy their applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding real-money funds may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Right to Review: ubud4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Players will be notified of any review and required to cooperate fully.

ubud4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to reward both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and togel games may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are published on the promotion detail pages.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Accepting a new deposit bonus will cause any previously active deposit bonus to be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: ubud4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging or covering both sides), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, winnings derived from welcome or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at a maximum withdrawable amount as stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Promotional Changes: ubud4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication.

All games offered on ubud4d are powered by internationally certified third-party providers and are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness, randomness, and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

• RNG Certification: All games utilizing a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing agencies. The outcomes of all spins, draws, and hands are statistically random and independent of previous results.
• Published RTPs: Return-to-player percentages for all slot games are published by the relevant game providers. Players are encouraged to review RTPs before play.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are offered at competitive odds determined at ubud4d's discretion. Odds are subject to change up to the start of an event.
• Void Bets: ubud4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, corrupted game outcomes, or events affected by verified match-fixing or force majeure circumstances. Voided bets are refunded to the player's real-money Balance.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live game session, ubud4d's server-side records constitute the authoritative source of the game state. Bets that were accepted by the server prior to disconnection will stand.
• Malfunction Voids Play: Any game malfunction, software error, or technical fault will render the affected game round void. Affected bets will be returned to the player's Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ubud4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating or benefiting from more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void and will be recovered.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker, live casino, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing or sports integrity violation.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account-level access restrictions imposed by ubud4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ubud4d staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the ubud4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ubud4d or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.
• All game content, including graphics, sounds, and software, remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to ubud4d for display on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized use of ubud4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.

ubud4d takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

• By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• ubud4d uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubud4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however arising, even if ubud4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any third-party game content, odds data, or sports information displayed on the Platform.

ubud4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Account holder's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.
• Regulatory requirement or court order compelling ubud4d to restrict access.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), ubud4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including real-money and bonus funds, pending investigation and outcome. In all other cases of Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe via their verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

ubud4d operates under an international offshore gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the licensing jurisdiction.
• Indonesian players acknowledge and agree that by using the Platform they are subject to the laws of both Indonesia and the licensing jurisdiction, and accept full personal legal responsibility for compliance with all applicable Indonesian statutes.
• ubud4d makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those it expressly targets.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ubud4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
• The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document ("Last Updated").
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
• Minor corrections — such as typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists — may be made at any time without advance notice.
